After strugglin wif my first trisemester which quite challenging...husband who always busy like a bee wif all his project..so we decided for a short weekend get away..simple one...before our lil one pops out...hehheh

What can cause Hypotension?

Other possible causes of low blood pressure include:Heart problems
Bradycardia, a condition which is caused as a result of extremely low heart rate and problems with the valves of the heart may all cause your blood pressure to be low, and could possibly lead to heart failure, even when you are not pregnant.
Endocrine problems
Generally caused by either an underactive or overactive thyroid, adrenal insufficiency low blood sugar and in some cases, diabetes. As you can image any of these complications during your pregnancy will need to be dealt with efficiently.
Treating Hypotension
If your healthcare provider is concerned about your low blood pressure, or an underlying factor which has been discovered, then there is a treatment. The kind of treatment which is recommended depends on what the cause for the hypotension is, your age and your fitness level.Some of the common methods of treatment are as follows:
Increased salt intake
This is usually recommended for those who simply need to increase there blood pressure. However this is not as simple as adding a teaspoon of salt to your diet either, as too much salt can cause you to have high blood pressure. If your healthcare provider recommends this as treatment, then he or she will also give you’re the correct directions on how to go about this method.
Increased water intake
Of course drinking water is good for you, especially during your pregnancy. Quite simply, fluids increase blood volume, as well as prevent dehydration.
Medication
Of course there is always medication to treat the more serious cases. Midodrine is the drug of choice to help raise your blood pressure. However this is a complicated subject, as it also has side effects which your healthcare provider will be aware of.

First of all...rendam dulu cabai kering tu smpai kembang...pastu blend la skali ngn bawang besaq n bawang puteh...
Then panaskan minyak...tumiskan bawang besaq n bawang puteh...then da naik bau tu baru tumis barang yang da blend tdi...agak patut padan la..yg balance boleh simpan n wat masak lain kali...
Then baru la masuk daging yg da dipotong tdi...ingat potong daging tu jgn ikut urat dia..nnt keras kong...pastu tambah la ayaq byk sket sbb kita nk masak bgi daging tu lembut...jgn lupa campak asam keping...sekeping sudah la..kang jadik asam pedas plak kang
Agak2 da kurang ayaq tu...buh kentang yg da potong dadu..then tambah ag ayaq...ni kira betoi2 nk bagi daging tu lembut la..n jgn lupa buh daun rempah...actually aku pun tak tau nama daun ni yg betoi apa sbb daun ni pun makcik aku yg bgi kat mama...kalau tambah dlm masakan mmg mencanak2 bau n naik selera tau...mcm mna kalau masak buh daun limau purut kita rasa terangsang smcm kan...sama la mcm ni haa...nnt aku update psai pokok ni kt dlm mini garden aku..jgn tak tau kat balcony cenoet aku ni pun ada mini garden...ala2 herbs garden la....ehhh melalut plak..
Dah agak ayaq kering...bru buh garam...pak aji n gula sket...jgn lupa rasa...kalau tak rasa garam ka gula ka..pandai2 la top up ya...

Eceh...apa yg mixed n cheerful pun aku xpasti...sebenaqnya tu la aku...mixed tu bukan lah brmaksud aku ni mixed mcm pan asia atau kuali asia tu..mixed tu mksudnya aku ni ada mcm2 mixed perasaan...atau apa ehh nk explain pun xreti...mcm cthnya aku ni suka sgt memasak...means sgt2 suka so org bajet aku ni bab2 memasak ni mmg tip top la...dr malaysian dish ka western ka...smpai la segala cookies cupcakes mak nenek...truth is...aku ni sangat lah lemah hal2 baking n bakery ni...xtau psai pa...wat cookies...cookies jdi mcm muffin...hg mampu wat muffin cookies?cakes tu plak hnya mampu wat choc moist cake ja lah..yg lain jalan dahh...tu pun senang kan sbb kukus ja...xperlu risau hangit...cuma jaga ayaq ja...senangkan...sbb tu aku suka kukus ja...sama la mcm make up...beli brg make up brkoyan2 dah..mama n amir da hingaq gila da kt aku...ckp mcm la artis nk beli brg make up..ok fine!mmg aku suka gila make up ni..memanjang layan u tube..lagi2 part make up mata...auwww...canteknya...tpi part aku nk make up sdri mata tetap la fail...beli eye shadow stage kn main mcm2 kaler maler...sudahnya tetap tak reti jugak!tetap ke laut make up mata..dan last solution hanya apply eye liner..nk dramatic sket...tarik2 wat cat eyes...pastu mascara jgn dilupakan...ohh ya bulu mata aku cenoet ja...sangat kot..jeles aku tgk bulu mata laki aku panjang macam gajah dlm sesame street tu...T____T...mintak2 lah bebi dlm perut mama ni ikut bulu mata abah ya syg!
Bukan stakat make up ja...home deco ni pun sgt lah berminat...beli majalah deco utk apartment bukan main...beli barang deco kt ikea tak mau2...sudahnya berhabuk jugak la deco2 mak nenek aku tu..ya lah...nk harap ngemas pun time weekn ja lah...hari lain?harapan...nk wat mcm mna...xdak bibik kan...ehhh sapa tau kt penang ni mana nk cri bibik bayaq hari eh?nasib la laki aku ni suka jugak la mngemas rumah..so kalau aku ni tgh bz memasak wktu weekn...laki aku la yg tlg aku...bgus kan laki aku...vacuum mop...cuci kipas smua dia wat...untung lah aku ada laki mcm tu...tapi tu la...weekn pun selalu kami ni xlekat kt umah...satg p kenduri la...satg balik kpg laki aku la...balik jitra la...sudahnya...haihh...mcm2 kan...tapi...tetaplah bilik tdoq kami kena la romantik sentiasa...wuwuwu..gatainya!
Orang lain kata aku ni selalu nmpk cheerful...xkurang jugak ada yg kata aku ni garang masa reja...ok dats two different things to define me...i mean depending whom i'm dealing with...i will treat u nicely if u'll do d same to me...xkkan lah duk saja2 aku nk p mnyentap...pantang aku org bohong aku...lagi2 bab keja...kat luaq mmg aku tolak problem keja aku jauh2 sbb aku nk laki aku nmpk aku ni sentiasa ja cheerful..sbb masing2 ada masalah kat tmpt keja masing2...but sometimes we do talk about our problems at work...tapi xpernah nk lepaskan marah to each other...mama pesan...dunt ever bring masalah kt tempat keja balik rumah..ksian kt laki n anak nnt...ok yg tu jgk la aku pegang sbb mama eventho she's busy workinh sebelum ni...dia tak pernah pun nk bwak balik masalah dia kat umah...cuma kami ja selalu nakai...so dapat la rotan...kira dpt la ubat...hahah
Haaa....hila da strt boleh masak ni...mcm2 nk msak...maklumlah...hr tu dekat dua bulan jgk makan minum laki bini ke laut....asik makan kedai ja...jenuh cekau duet!plus kalau msak sdri ni lagi save...pastu kita boleh ja nk byk mana bahan tu...cth ayam ka daging ka...beli bahan bru brapa ja...pastu slap2 bleh dua tiga kali masak...let say kos aku beli barang hari ni rm12..tpi leh wat utk tiga kali makan...sekali makan costing dlm rm4 ja...ni kira aku beli kt kedai runcit ja yg agak mahal kalau compare dgn tesco ka mydin ka...but stil way cheaper compare to kalau makan kt kedai kan...mau tak mau dua org pnya meal busuk2 rm10+...mahai kan?
So back to topic...tgh hri td msa kt production floor tu tetiba lapaq bihun sup utara...ala yg bihun celup kunyit...n sambai dia kaler merah ang2 tu...so nekad...balik umah nk msak jugak...habaq kat laki aku...dia pun ON saja makan bihun sup!

Untuk sup!
Blend bawang besaq...n bawang puteh...
Then dlm periuk buh minyak...tumis 3/4 bawang besaq n puteh yg kita blend td..brsama2 dgn bunga lawang...buah pelaga...bunga cengkih n kulit manis...kalau ada bunjut nleh campak sekali naa...then top up ayaq...
Baru campak ayam n daging yg da diblend...
Agak dah mendidih tu jgn lupa buh garam n pak aji!jgn lupa rasa ok!
Biaq mendidih sampai daging tu lembut ok!
Untuk sambai merah:
Dalam belanga...buh minyak sket..then tumis bawang yg balance blend td...pastu amek kuah sup kt dlm periul tu buh sket..then buh serbuk cili or cabai....
Kacau...n slowkan api...biaq sampai cabai tu masak...jgn lupa buh garam...pak aji n gula....rsa tgk ok la dak rsa sambai tu..
Untuk bihun:
Rendam bihun agak patut padan dua org nk makan...
Pastu dlam periuk yg lain...panaskan ayaq...buh kunyit n garam...biaq smpai mendidih...n then jgn lupa masukkan bihun yg da direndam td...jgn lupa buang ayaq rendaman dulu...
Agak bihun tu da lembut...cepat2 toskan n bilas dgn ayaq sejuk...nnt lembik sgt pun xbest la..
Untuk hiasan
Potong lobak masin halus2...sama jugak dgn daun sup!
Bawang goreng pun xdilupakan....beli yg siap sudah...malas kot nk goreng bawang merah tu!hahaha....
So nk makan...campak2 la semua bahan tu...ayam dgn daging jgn lupa angkat n potong dulu la ya...xkkan itu pun nk habaq...ok lah...chow...nk tgk adam dan hawa!
Tu muka org tahan panas....mau tak bru j angkat da tak sabaq2 nak makan....haaa...ini makan dia!

*Potong isi udang halus2
*kalau ada daun bawang potong halus2 n masuk sekali dgn isi udang n crabstick tu
*titiskan sikit minyak bijan~bg aroma...wangi tau
*garam n pak aji or perasa sket...dah siap dah bahan inti...
Pastu gulung ja lah...laki aku pun leh wat menda ni...he enjoy rolling this...so i let him do this!
Pas da gulung...goreng n serve it with thai sauce!
