Bila kahwin dengan orang Penang and nak2 menetap pulak di Penang ni.. Selera makan pun dah macam orang Penang la jugak. Tapi ala selera orang Penang dengan orang Kedah tak jauh mana pun... Still tekak Utara kannn...

Selain nasi kandaq, Penang jugak terkenal dengan char kuey teow, nasi dalca, kuey teow thng, nasi briyani, mee udang, teochew cendol, asam laksa, chilli pan mee dan lain-lain lagi.

Tapi biasa la musim-musim Covid ni... Memang kadang-kadang tu teringin gila nak makan makanan Penang ni... Tapi tak berani la nak pi tempat-tempat famous tumpuan ramai ni... Ya la kan... Covid ni kita bukan boleh nampak dengan mata kasar n it's among us dah... So memang la terpaksa elak tempat-tempat macam ni.

Hari Ahad yang lepas, teringin gila nak makan asam laksa and cendol. Nak keluar malas, tambah-tambah anak-anak duk batuk and selsema... Lagi la rasa kepingin sangat. Lepas tu cakap kat husband.... Ishkkk bestnya kalau panas2 ni dapat makan cendol durian n asam laksa yang Penang Road Famous Teochew Cendol tu kan😅

Lepas tu husband cakap.... Cuba la tengok kat foodpanda tu.. Mana tau ada Penang Road Famous Teochew Cendol tu kan... Aah kan memang tak terfikir pun pasal food delivery ni...

Terus bukak apps and search... Ehhhh sekali ada la yang dekat Queensbay tu.... Wehuuuuu... Syioknya... Apa lagi... Terus la add to cart and bayar.

Lepas tu tunggu ja makanan sampai abang rider foodpanda hantarkan. Mudah sangat rasa. Tak payah nak bersiap2 mekap bagai.. Nak start engine kereta pi ke kedai lagi... Nak cari parking lagi... Nk bayar parking lagi... Minyak lagi... Kurang-kurang 45 minit sebelum nak sampai kedai semua kan... Nak order makan and dapat order lagi....

Ahhhh tak kuasaaaaaa.... Senang... Order guna foodpanda ja.. Lebih kurang 30 minutes sampai... Dah boleh makan... Muka n mata macam panda pun tak kesah sebab makan dekat rumah ja kan...

Nindia haaa.... Lepas 30 minit dah dapat makanan yang aku order...

Nak bayar online pun boleh nak bayar by cash pun boleh... Senang kan... Tak payah pening-pening cash xdak ka x cukup ka... Boleh ja bayar online...

Esok rasa macam malas gila nak masak... Rasa-rasa lunch macam nak makan nasi kandaq la... Boleh la mengandaq dengan foodpanda ja.... 🤭🤭🤭 Senang hidup bila ada food delivery best macam foodpanda ni kan....

 It's kinda a headache to use a pull out freezer's drawers... Yeah admit the first thing i was attracted to the pull out drawer thingy because it will be handy to get all your stuff in there... Just pull it out and you can take it out. Unlikely the ordinary one... It can be very hard to get things at the back.

But..... It can be pretty tricky when it comes to storage organizing. Before this i used plastic ziplock from Ikea and I find it pretty messy and i really kills me inside.

So i found the easiest way to store my raw food that i bought is by using flat kind of tipuware... Wehuuuuu....

Haaa.. Tajuk nak propa ja kannnnn.... Aaahhhh gitewww lahhh... Sebenarnya nak cerita last week berlakulah aktiviti merentas negeri dengan kebenaran pulissss.. Haluuuu pulissss

Dari Penang ke Terengganu untuk majlis pernikahan adik bongsu aku si Usu tu... Alhamdulillah majlis berjalan lancar. Walaupun tak meriah sangat sebab sepupu sepapat n makcik2 semua yang plan dari tahun lepas nk join tapi xboleh join sebab aktiviti rentas merentas negeri tidak dibenarkan.. Kami semua akurrr...sebab yang dibenarkan hanyalah siblings... Bukan sanak saudara kaum kerabat semua boleh angkut 1 biji bas  ya...

Takpa lah. Kita marhaen buat cara marhaen... Nak pilih untuk menipu untuk merentas negeri ka apa ka.. Silakan...biasalah... Denda RM1000 pun rasa tercungap-cungap nak bayar. Inikan pulak RM10000... lagi tak tercapai dek akal kita nak membayarnya...

Back to the story kalau orang kaya... RM1000 tu umpama RM1 ja... RM10000 tu pulak umpama RM10 dia ja.. So apa dia kesah setakat kena saman RM10000... we are talking about how money do the talk....

Recently.. I have been sharing that i have changed my diet.. What I eat... And which diet I enjoy the most..

I'm actually not really strict with my diet regime... I actually prefer #sukusukuseparuh / quaterquaterhalf.. Intermittent fasting or fasting during Monday and Thursday and calories deficit.

Being a typical Malay.. Of course I love nasi to the max. I'd share previously I have change my rice grain from Thai Rice to Parboiled Basmathi which is low in sugar. You can read here the reason why I choose Parboiled Basmathi. 

This one cauliflower fried rice... Use one cup cooked parboiled basmathi and one cup of minced cauliflower. So basically u won't notice that you eat cauliflower in the fried rice. It taste exactly like rice. 

This is the day laziness hit me. Just cook fried egg and achovies. Other just ready made acar ikan kering, sambal berlado and ulam fresh pick from my balcony garden.

So far i have lost 13kgs from my diet. It is not an easy journey. No crash diet... No strict diet....basically my diet can be calories deficit from calories that needed by my body. It's a long way to go. Gemuk pun makan masa bertahun-tahun..surely nak kurus pun ambil masa kan.. So let this journey be an enjoyable journey to go through.
