Assalamualaikum

Macam aku pernah bagi tau sebelum2 ni aku pernah admit dekat hospital sebab influenza B dengan Aishah yang kena influenza A kan. Husband aku dalam masa yang sama pun demam gak.. Sekali check oh mak aihhh... BP dia tinggi...

Mula2 doc ingat sebab dia demam kan. And yes kebetulan time tu dia demam. So depa tahan dia kat casualty/emergency untuk bagi dia rest dulu and check balik BP dia. Yes turun but still tinggi.

Sampai la aku boleh discharge and the symptoms go on and off dekat dia. Tapi dia tak bgtau aku. Cuma ada satu pagi tu dia bangun nak pi kerja dia rasa jantung dia berdebar semacam n pening2 terus dia pergi check dekat hospital and kena tahan.

Check ctg.. Jantung semua OK....siap buat MRI lagi and kena warded. Biasa lah bila pi swasta kannn... Yes bila kena warded baru bgtau aku. Katanya xnak kacau aku yang baru lepas discharged.

Bayangkan Celah2 dia warded tu kami sepatutnya fly ke sabah on Monday.. Dia kena tahan on Saturday... Memang nampak mcm Babai la time tu kan. But it doesn't matter for me. As long as dia sihat OK.. Doc bg kebenaran then we will go.

So cut the story short... Aku lani dengan dia ada misi untuk change lifestyles kita orang especially eating habits.. And exercises... In Sha Allah.. Yang ni pindah rumah baru kami janji nak pi gym together kat bawah rumah.


Today's lunch and snacks for hubsie.. 


And bila da start changing our eating style... Of course la we need to know which food is good to reduce the BP.. Cholesterol n etc...and paling penting if ur husband is a smoker... Ask him to stop! Lucky my husband was social smoker... N he managed to throw away his vaping habit without any hesitation. Alhamdulillah....

Now I'm planning all the meals at home. Xboleh dah nak malas2 masak. Home cook is the best if u want to change ur lifestyle. U can control ur sodium n sugar in take by managing how u cook them.

Doakan la semoga aku istiqomah to do all this. I'm pretty sure Allah test my husband with all this BP things as reminder for us to take a look n start changing our lifestyle. No more late supper at nasi kandaq... No more fast food... No more makanan merepek2.

Alhamdulillah.. I'm seeing positive side of my husband. Lepas ja Dapat tau.. Sangat2 menjaga makan minum dia. Kalau dulu main belasah ja. Lani he will look first what he can.. What he can't. Masa kat Sabah tu pun he refuse to eat a lot of seafood due to his condition. Kalau tak.. Dia nak biaq ka segala lobster ketam semua tu...
